Our Water Wave unit is created for those days when you want something soft and easy. The waves have a natural, relaxed pattern — simple to wear and easy to manage.

🚚 Delivery & Fulfilment
Please allow 4–5 working days for production before your unit is dispatched. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days.
A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Once your parcel has left us, it is in the hands of the courier — we are unable to make changes to address or order at this stage. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
🔁 Returns Policy
All BEWHIT pieces are made to order and are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. We only accept returns if an item is faulty.
- Lace must remain uncut
- Items must be unworn and unaltered
- Any signs of use will void eligibility
All items are inspected upon return. Non-compliant returns will be sent back. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.
✍️ Order Amendment Policy
- Changes can be requested within 24 hours of purchase
- Includes adjustments to length, lace, texture, sizing and customisation
- Bundles/products may be added or removed within this period
After 24 hours, all orders enter production and cannot be modified. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
📏 Cap Size Guide
Our adjustable caps fit approximately 95% of customers. Measure the circumference of your head with a soft tape and match to the chart below.
⚠️ Disclaimer
Hair Length & Texture: Hair length may vary depending on texture selected. Curly or wavy textures may appear up to 3–4 inches shorter than straight hair.
Wig Construction & Fit: All 13×4 and 13×6 units are professionally customised with pre-plucked hairlines. Fit may vary by head shape. Some customers may choose to use glue or gel for additional hold.
General Wear & Maintenance: Minimal shedding is expected. Slight adjustments and styling can be made to suit your preference.
