Important: Victoria’s soft ash-blonde tone may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings and the natural variation of the hair. As with all coloured human hair, the tone may gradually soften over time with washing, heat styling and everyday wear.
🚚 Delivery & Fulfilment
Please allow 6–7 working days for production before your unit is dispatched. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days.
Tracking Your Order: A confirmation email with your tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
After Dispatch: Once your parcel has left us, it is handled by the courier service. At this stage, we are unable to make any changes to your order, including address updates or item adjustments.
Delivery Responsibility: We strongly advise double-checking your shipping details at checkout. Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be replaced or refunded.
Missing or Undelivered Parcels: If your tracking indicates an issue such as delay, loss, or theft, please contact the courier directly to initiate an investigation.
Delivered Status: Orders marked as successfully delivered are considered fulfilled. If you have not received your parcel despite this status, please reach out to your local delivery provider for further assistance.
🔁 Returns Policy
All BEWHIT pieces are made to order and are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. We only accept returns if an item is faulty.
- Lace must remain uncut
- Items must be unworn and unaltered
- Any signs of use will void eligibility
All items are inspected upon return. Non-compliant returns will be sent back. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.

- Changes can be requested within 24 hours of purchase
- Includes adjustments to length, lace, texture, sizing and customisation
- Bundles/products may be added or removed within this period
After 24 hours, all orders enter production and cannot be modified. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
📏 Cap Size Guide
Victoria is available in three cap sizes: Small (S), Medium (M), Large (L). Measure the circumference of your head with a soft tape and match to the chart below.

Hair Length & Finish: Victoria is measured in her straight state. As each unit is made with human hair, slight variations in length, tone and finish may naturally occur. The way the length falls when worn can also differ depending on your height, proportions and styling.

Wig Construction & Fit: Each unit is carefully customised with a pre-plucked hairline and designed for secure, glueless wear. Fit may vary depending on individual head shape and measurements. Glue or gel can be used for additional hold if preferred.
General Wear & Maintenance: Minimal shedding is normal with human hair wigs. As Victoria has been coloured to achieve her signature shade, we recommend handling her a little more gently and keeping heat styling to a minimum where possible.
💆🏽♀️ Hair Care
Victoria loves a little extra care. To help preserve her colour, softness and finish, use gentle, colour-safe products and avoid washing more often than necessary.
Always use a heat protectant before styling and keep temperatures as low as possible. When she isn’t being worn, store her carefully away from direct sunlight to help protect the colour and maintain her shape.
